Cold Smoked Butterfish
This large and fleshy fish also known in Russian community as butterfish, is caught in the southwest Pacific Ocean (New Zealand). It is distinguished by high taste qualities and is remarkable for its exceptionally rich smoky taste, fatty flesh which is attractive when sliced. Our Butterfish comes in different varieties of packaging from unsliced fillets, to retail packaging of different weights and of course individually vacuumed packed chunks.
